| Pat C. Hoy is not only one, but two of the most prominent members of the singer-songwriter duo "Hoy Palloi," a band that specializes in playing at low-income weddings and vaguely oriental restaurants. On weekends, he likes to sing his song about the time he almost made it into the 1791 Winter Olympics on the Parisian shuffleboard team after the 50,000 better qualified contestants were all stricken with a severe case of decapitation. Also, he is the head of NYU's Department of Art and Public Policy. |
